The Cat Pump High Pressure Pumping Station is designed to incorporate two Cat 5CP Pumps on a single pumping station frame. These pumps deliver 4 gpm @ 1,500 psi, totaling eight gallons per minute. The pump is capable of pumping fresh water. Typical uses are prep-stations using one pump for the driver side and the second pump for the passenger side of the vehicle. This unit uses two Cat 5CP Plunger Pumps and is belt driven by two 5 H.P. electrical motors. Rugged 2" square tubing steel framework is galvanized and then powder-coated metallic gray for a durable, long-lasting service life. One smaller pump station is stackable on top of this pump station in order to conserve space in the equipment room. Our pump station also features a plastic flooded suction tank with a lid, Dema float valve, overflow protection, pressure guage, unloader/pressure regualtor valve with recirculation hose back to the suction tank, safety guard, and a one year warranty.
